• My training in Transactional Analysis, Person Centred, CBT and other modalities since 2007 allows me to work in both brief and open ended counselling with a wide range of techniques to offer.
• I am a fully qualified individual and couples counsellor and supervisor in Harrogate, with experience of over 13,000 client hours. I have been working with clients for over 17 years and couples for over 14 years offering both brief and open-ended counselling.
• Accredited registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists).
• Accreditation is a recognition by the BACP of having achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
• DBS (Disclosure and barring Service) approved and registered.
• Fully insured
• Member of the BACP Coaching division.

As an accredited counsellor, I am bound by the BACP professional code of ethics and conduct. This requires that I attend regular and ongoing development courses and supervision, which keeps me up to date with new information, to enable me to offer you the best service possible.

I have undertaken multiple enhanced training courses including, working with clients with an ADHD or Autism diagnosis to feel more confident with social and relationship interactions, supporting clients progressing through the Transgender process and supporting clients who are dealing with fertility challenges, adoption, parental abandonment and navigating a toxic relationship with a parent figure.
