The benefits of Meditation

After reading an article in the May 2015 edition of “What the doctors don’t tell you” journal, I’m now thinking more seriously about meditation and it’s benefits in helping me to stay mentally sharp for as long as possible!

The article highlights research undertaken at the University of California (UCLA). The article states that, “people who have meditated for years seem to lose less grey matter- the brain tissue that contains neurons- than those who don’t.”

The article continues to clarify that a those who meditated had done so for anything between 4 to 46 years.
